We bought our condo early in 2018 and after doing some checking around, we decided to have it managed by Southern.  That was a great decision for us.  The rental income for our first year was right at what they predicted.  We enjoy our condo a great deal when we can and feel like it is in good hands when we are not there.  We especially enjoy our Portfolio Manager who has been a great resource for us.  He will go the extra mile for us.  We have never caught him in a bad mood, even when we know he has to be extremely busy.  With all their good service, we will be staying with Southern!

After many years of renting I made the decision to purchase a beach condo in Perdido Key, Fl. After meeting with several Rental Agencies I chose Southern Vacation Rentals to represent me in managing the rental of my unit. We meet often and we discuss both short-term and long-term projects that will keep my condo in top condition, not only for renters, but for myself and my family to enjoy! I have not used any other Rental Company but I think it would be difficult to top Southern!!

This is our third year with Southern managing our beach rental property in Perdido Key and it has been a great experience for us. The person overseeing our property has been very helpful and does a great job communicating with us when something is not quite right. We are not vacant owners, we live in the area and we by the place each the housekeepers get the place cleaned up and this gives me a chance to make sure that if there is any damage from our guests that we can get taken care of immediately. Southern is an excellent management company to work with.  The reservation staff is very professional and knowledgeable.  The commission structure is very generous. The revenue manager is very proactive in keeping our unit rented and makes herself easy to get a hold of.  Southern will handle many small maintenance issues themselves which saves us money.
