Property Managers also are responsible for communicating updates regarding your property with our Client Success Managers. Your Client Success Manager is your point of contact at Southern, serving as an advocate for you and your investment property with all of our internal departments. Client Success Managers are well-versed in all aspects of Southern and are ready to answer any questions you may have.
