Guest Ambassadors serve as stewards of the guest’s experience; they are trained in both sales and customer service, and are is equipped to handle everything from booking vacations to answering questions once guests arrive. Our local team is available 24/7 to answer calls, texts, and emails at every stage of the guest’s vacation.
At Southern, the guest experience is our number one focus. After a guest books their stay, we keep them engaged with us with emails leading up to their check-in date; they’re invited to log into the Guest Portal to familiarize them with the details of their rental, and they’re even given the opportunity to book their beach activity with our Southern Perks partners.
