Additionally, we will help prepare you for tax season. Each year in January, you will receive a 1099 (U.S. owners) or a 1042-S (non-U.S. owners) and a year-end statement with an overview of your income and deductible expenses.
As an owner on our program, we make it easier than ever for you to have important property information whenever you want. Your owner portal provides a complete overview with the details of your rental. Past, current, and future reservations, work orders, comprehensive performance data, tax forms, owner statements, and more are all available to you in the portal. You will even be able to make owner reservations with ease from the convenience of the portal. Your Client Success Manager is well-versed in the owner portal and ready to assist with navigating it.
