Southern provides 24/7 hospitality staff available to answer questions and tend to guests’ needs. Through our software system, we utilize several means of communication tailored to our guests’ preferences including SMS text, email and calls, allowing prompt response and accurate tracking of all rental requests.
Our guests have access to their own Guest Portal which provides comprehensive information about their reservation, rental property, and local recommendations so that they can fully experience all that we have to offer.
Part of that experience includes our Southern Perks plan allowing guests (and owners) discounts on activities and adventures along the coast. They can even book while on our site.
