That’s why we’ve merged our Reservations and Guest Services teams to create our Brand Ambassador team. Our team is equipped to handle guest calls at every stage during their vacation, from sales calls to service calls and everything in between.
Our Brand Ambassadors are available 24/7 to answer any questions and tend to guests’ needs. While being held to high conversion and sales standards, they also epitomize our vision of being the most caring company on the Gulf Coast. And, through our software system, we utilize several means of communication tailored to our guests’ preferences including SMS text, email and calls, allowing prompt response and accurate tracking of all rental requests.
Our guests have access to their own Guest Portal which provides comprehensive information about their reservation, property, and local recommendations so that they can fully experience all that we have to offer.
Part of that experience includes our Southern Perks plan allowing guests (and owners) discounts on activities and adventures along the coast. They can even book while on our site.
