There is so much information a guest needs to understand before they check in to their vacation rental along the Gulf Coast. From parking instructions to the best water activities in the area they are staying, a guest should feel confident in each aspect of their getaway. To help achieve this, we have created our Guest Portal. Our Guest Portal is how we communicate property-specific information, area adventures, and more to our guests before they arrive. The portal has been a part of Southern’s check-in system for years and is streamlined to be as efficient and effective as possible. How It Works
The guest receives an email one week before their stay with the Guest Portal link and login credentials. Once they have signed in, they are able to easily access a myriad of information. We consider this a part of the overall guest experience, so the portal has been designed to be pleasing to the eye, easy to navigate, and full of useful tips and tricks.
We wait until one week before their stay to send the information, so it is top of mind for when the guest travels to the
coast. It also sparks excitement in reminding the guest of their upcoming stay. If a guest has further questions or any problems accessing the portal, they can call our Guest Ambassador team.
What is Included
No matter if a guest is staying in a single beachfront home or a complex with multiple condos, each one of our rentals is different. They all have different instructions on how to properly check out of a rental, where to find amenity wristbands and more. The Guest Portal lists all of these important items. Everything they need to know and understand about their rental can be found here so they can quickly reference it for any questions that arise.
It also includes recommendations on where to eat, adventures to check out, and more. This way guests can easily book excursions through our Southern Perks partners, decide where to eat one night out, and even find the best Ecotourism opportunity to learn more about the area.
