Southern Vacation Rentals’ Vision Statement: To be the most caring company along the Gulf Coast.

We apply this vision statement by supporting the communities that provide a beautiful place for guests to stay year after year and ensuring our visitors feel cared for before, during, and after their getaway. There are a couple of different ways we accomplish this. We are also always considering ways to improve by asking the question – “How can we better focus on voluntourism and listening to what guests want during their vacation?” Each year we add new initiatives and look at what services we offer. Southern Cares

Southern Cares is a program that was put in place to give back to our communities. We do this in two ways. 1. We offer our guests a way to contribute to organizations throughout the area at checkout. This way they can financially provide help to those who need it when booking their stay if they choose to do so. 2. Southern’s staff also volunteers their time and resources. Guest Ambassador

To take good care of our guests by answering questions, providing recommendations on where to eat, and so much more, we have a Guest Ambassador team. The members of this team are experts on the areas we serve and the properties throughout each community. They know the ins and outs of how the company works and are available to communicate with guests. We have made our call log and the waiting system as efficient as possible to maximize how many guests we are able to talk with each day while also making sure they end the call feeling confident in the information received. Client Success Managers and Property Managers

Another important aspect of our company is the owners! Our goal is to make sure our owners feel educated, aware, and in control. Each investment property we work with is different and each owner we work with is different and to make sure both are well taken care of; we have Client Success Managers and Property Managers. These roles are assigned properties to stay on top of. Not only do they track maintenance, guest experience, and revenue, but they also are in constant communication with owners. This way everyone stays in the loop of how well the property is doing.
