Have You Heard of Southern Cares?

Southern’s vision statement is to be the most caring property management company along the Gulf Coast. One way we work to accomplish this is with our Southern Cares program. Our Southern Cares program partners with local organizations that treat terminal and life-affecting illnesses, improve the quality of life of patients and their families, and volunteer throughout the area to give back to the ecosystems that give so much to us throughout the year. A few examples of these organizations are listed below. We fundraise for each of these organizations and volunteer our time as often as possible during their events.

Have You Heard of Southern Cares?

With every checkout, guests will be given the opportunity to donate to one of these causes and show their support. These donations go straight to the organization and are used to bring awareness to the community and surrounding areas of the cause. Our team also volunteers throughout the year to participate in events, dedicate our time to clean up the beaches, etc. For example, in the past, we have participated in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s every year.

We have also started a Voluntourism initiative that gives back to our area. We work with organizations local to every city along the Gulf Coast. From an animal refuge to an arts foundation. We encourage our owners and guests to partake in the cause and do their part to give back to the area that hosts us each year.
