In addition, we cover all credit card fees on guest reservations. We do this regardless of if the reservation was done by us or you as the owner. Credit card fees can add up, but you won’t need to worry about paying them. We also charge guest fees – each paying reservation, whether procured through Southern or the owner, is charged taxes and a service fee. We also offer optional travel insurance protection through a third-party company.
